The Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable Administrator will work in a busy credit control team and will be based in the Stillorgan office. The successful candidate will be working as part of the accounts team, and will be responsible a variety of duties including: €35k + €3k Bonus – €38k

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Credit Control of clients across the health care and hospitality and retail
  • A mixture of international blue chip companies and local independent retailers
  • Point of contact for all credit control related issues
  • Meeting cash targets
  • Customer query resolution
  • Direct Debit administration
  • Data input
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Invoice and Statement printing and dispatch via post, email, etc


  • Good communication and administration skills
  • Ability to achieve targets and resolve customer queries speedily
  • Strong I.T. skills. Strong excel skills essential
  • Ability to multitask and strong organisational skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • 1 – 2 years exp. in a similar role is an advantage
