Our client, Ireland’s premier automotive retail group,  based in Sandyford, are seeking a Car Sales Administrator to join their team.
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in their dynamic team, managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to high-volume sales, orders, and vehicle registrations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with skilled professionals in the motor industry, reporting to the Senior Sales Administrator and the Head of the Dealership, and actively contributing to the sales process.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of administration experience in a busy, customer-focused automotive environment
  • Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (Kerridge, Keyloop, Autoview)
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the automotive industry
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills with enthusiasm, drive, and energy
  • Experience with processes, procedures, and reporting
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Multi-brand experience (beneficial, but not essential)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
