We have a number of fantastic opportunities for ambitious Business Development Managers to support our client’s ambitious growth plans, selling SaaS solutions to medium to large organisations. This is a hybrid role with the option to work in the office or from home.

This company is within the corporate well-being space, which has been experiencing rapid growth in recent years. You will be targeting new business opportunities to close deals – technology and service-based offerings.

You will benefit from a competitive basic salary (circa €50k), 8% commission on each sale (€80k OTE in Year 1), health insurance, pension contribution, educational allowance and a hybrid (primarily remote) working model.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identifying outbound business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options.
  • Selling products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Managing prospects through the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to closing business.
  • Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
  • Managing pipeline, sales administration, and reporting tools.

Requirements for this role:

  • Ideally 3-5 years consecutive experience in a business development role.
  • Experience in software/technology sales preferred.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and sales goals.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to potential customers.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with selling into the HR network would be very ideal but not essential.
