Branch Manager

Wexford | €45,000 – €60,000 DOE + Bonus | Full-Time | Permanent

The Role

An established and growing agricultural retail business is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy Agri branch in Wexford.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily running of the branch, including shop floor and yard operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and merchandising.
• Oversee branch profitability and credit control procedures.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Ensure the branch operates efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong sales ability and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good IT and administrative skills.
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector is essential.
• Agricultural qualification is desirable but not essential.

Package & Benefits

• Salary: €45,000 – €60,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday with occasional 1/2 days on Saturday
