We are currently recruiting for Box Office Manager to join our clients growing team. This is a leading role within the company and requires an individual who has a strong customer service background and is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction is being achieved. Due to the nature of this role flexibility will be required.

Main responsibilities:

  • Generating ticket sales
  • Scheduling members of staff
  • Managing general queries from multiple sources
  • Monitoring and reporting sales
  • Website integration
  • Manage day to day box office functions
  • Liaise with Promoters and Production partners of incoming performances
  • Ensure H&S protocol is being followed
  • Prepare weekly box office reports
  • Ensure ticket sales are reflected and matched by total taking of the Sales team

Skills required: 

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Proficiency in the MS Office applications
  • Experience managing cash/credit card transactions
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Proven experience in customer service(minimum 2years)
  • Ability to manage and motivate sales team

9:00am – 5:30pm on days that there are no shows
12:30pm – 8:30pm on days that there are shows
