We have an exciting new opportunity for a Permanent Part-Time Legal Bookkeeper to join our client’s legal firm based in South Dublin on a permanent basis. A candidate with prior experience working within a legal firm would be ideal for this position!
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in the day-to-day accounting activities of the firm in support of the Finance Manager and the accounts team
- Posting certain internal expenses to the system and reconciling them
- Participating in a group that ensures compliance with regulations
- Process and allocate fee notes to the accounting system and certain client systems
- Invoice processing for Accounts Payable in support of the team
- Help with banking, reconciliation of clients’ accounts, and petty cash management
- Posting certain internal expenses to the system and reconciling them
- Participating in a group that ensures compliance with regulations
Candidate Specification:
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Experience with legal bookkeeping is essential
- Having a working knowledge of the Leap and Zero Software packages
