Our client, an established accountancy practice based in Wicklow, requires a Bookkeeper / Financial Administrator.

The position requires the ability to:

  • Process accounting information including accounts payable and accounts receivable, VAT, RCT and PAYE, On-Line payments.
  • Have full working experience of Tas Books.
  • Produce accounts to trial balance.
  • Prepare and submit Revenue returns such as VAT, RCT and PAYE.
  • Generate cash flow figures and produce reports as requested.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
  • Working experience of Excel, Sage, ROS on line.
  • We envisage that the selected candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wicklow, Southside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
