Storm Recruitment is partnering with a leading bank based in South Dublin/North Wicklow, Which due to company growth is looking to add a bank teller to their team.

The Role;

• Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Advising customers on their finance queries or referring them to a senior member of staff
• Building strong and lasting relationships with staff & customer
• Back office administrative duties
• Answering phone calls and emails

About You;

• Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred but not essential.
• Motivated to begin a career in financial services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A positive working attitude and willingness to learn
