As a key member of their onsite support staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless AV experiences for our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for staff with AV hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Set up AV equipment and systems for meeting rooms, ensuring they meet specific requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for onsite AV users.
  • Maintain accurate records onsite.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Teams, Zoom, and other video conferencing solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of Q-sys, Creston, Dante audio systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of AV systems and equipment.
  • Strong team leadership skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.

Additional Benefits:

  • Monday-Friday position with flexibility for some out-of-hours requirements.
  • Competitive salary range of €35k-€40k, depending on experience.
