As a key member of their onsite support staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless AV experiences for our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for staff with AV hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Set up AV equipment and systems for meeting rooms, ensuring they meet specific requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for onsite AV users.
- Maintain accurate records onsite.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
Skills Required:
- Proficient knowledge of MS Teams, Zoom, and other video conferencing solutions.
- Excellent understanding of Q-sys, Creston, Dante audio systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of AV systems and equipment.
- Strong team leadership skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
Additional Benefits:
- Monday-Friday position with flexibility for some out-of-hours requirements.
- Competitive salary range of €35k-€40k, depending on experience.
