We are currently in search of an Accounts Payable/Order Processor Clerk for a client based in Bray, Co. Wicklow. This position is part-time, Monday – Friday and requires you to work from 9:00am – 1:00 pm. This role is offered on a ongoing temporary basis and the hourly rate is €13.50. This position has the possibility of turning permanent.

Main responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Ensure that all supplier payments are made on time and input cashflow forecasts into the accounting system
  • Maintaining up-to-date information regarding product shipments from suppliers.
  • Utilize the policies and procedures in place to address queries as they arise
  • Entry of all supplier invoices on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate reconciliations of supplier accounts and contribute to month-end closing
  • Answer suppliers questions and maintain ongoing communication with them
  • Ensure that all issues relating to the project are resolved within a specified time frame
  • Performing other general administrative duties as requested by management

Processing orders and stock control:

  • Processing of goods out orders on a daily basis
  • Inventory management / Stock in warehouses
  • Ensure shipment of goods is handled by an outsourcing company
  • Troubleshooting & resolving issues
  • Stock levels must be maintained correctly

Key Skills Required:

  • Working in an office – Accounts payable
  • Having a professional telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly with employees and suppliers
  • Accurately and rapidly transmit information
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP B1 experience
