We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator for a busy company based in Bray. Parking is provided. This role is office based, with a salary of €30k – €34k

This person would be responsible for the efficient and accurate running of the Purchase ledger and will reporting to the Operations Manager and ideally will have SAP experience.

Responsibilities include
Accounts Payable

  • Ensuring up to date information in relation to product shipped from suppliers
  • Daily entry of all invoices from Suppliers
  • Deal with queries as they arise using the policies and procedures in place
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Preparation of payments to all suppliers and input into cashflow forecasts
  • Liaise with suppliers on an ongoing basis
  • Responsible for resolving all issues relating within a specified timeframe
  • Assist with month end tasks
  • Answering calls and dealing with Supplier queries
  • Other general admin duties if and when requested by management

Stock control/Order processing

  • Daily processing of goods out orders
  • Maintaining correct stock levels
  • Liaise with outsourcing company re shipment of goods
  • Investigating & resolving issues
  • Goods in (Tagging of  printers etc)
  • Stock management / Stock in warehouse

Applicants must have:

  • Experience in an office environment
  • Be a team player
  • Fluent English is essential
  • Professional telephone manner, ability to communicate clearly with Suppliers and staff members
  • Ability to pass on information accurately and quickly
  • Experience with SAP B1 or similar , knowledge of MS office
