Our client requires a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a 9 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a team of highly experienced and competent  professionals. This position requires you to be based in their newly renovated offices in South Wicklow.

Responsibilities: 

  • Posting and processing payments for supplier invoices.
  • Processing a high volume of invoices.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as directed by the Finance Director and other management team members.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with accounting software and banking payment systems. Experience with Agresso would be beneficial.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt and apply skills to various tasks.
  • An Accounting Technician or relevant accounting/software training is advantageous.

Compensation: 

Competitive salary: €35,000 – €40,000 DOE

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
