Our client is seeking a part-time Temporary Accounts Administrator to assist their Accounts Department in clearing a backlog. This role offers an hourly rate of €17 – €18 and very flexible working hours. Although this is a 3-4 week assignment there is a possibility of the position turning permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balance accounts using Tas Books and Sage 50.
  • Manage and reconcile creditors and debtors.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Experience with Sage Payroll (preferred but not essential).
  • Provide general support to the finance team as required.

Experience:

  • Proven experience using Tas Books and Sage 50.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
  • Experience with managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Familiarity with Sage Payroll is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
