My client who is a SAAS start-up is seeking an Account Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving their sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities. The role is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Dublin City Centre and 2 days at home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person prospect and customer meetings, including travel within Ireland, quarterly travel to the UK, and occasional trips to Canada or other locations if required.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage with potential customers in target markets.
- Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate conversations and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
- Continuously update and manage prospect data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for follow-ups.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an AE or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and lead generation, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for prospecting and managing customer interactions.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities.

- Hunter Account Executive experience with a proven track record in quota-carrying New Logo Sales.
- Success, Achievement, and Mistakes: Showcase a history of accomplishments and learning experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
