Our client is looking for a motivated Account Executive to join their well-established IT solutions business based in Bray, Co Wicklow.

This role would be a great fit for a candidate with an outgoing personality with experience in sales, customer service, call center, telesales, or similar background.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Providing sales and customer support to clients via phone and email.
• Calling clients on the database about offers and making appointments for the senior sales team to follow up.
• Reactivating old clients and managing active accounts.
• High volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Managing existing client accounts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or customer support.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Desire to progress in career – fantastic progression opportunities.
• Comfortable working towards targets/KPIs.

The basic salary will depend on previous experience, circa. €27-28k, and you will also receive an additional commission/bonus for achieving goals and targets.  with an OTE of €40-42k.
