Job Description

We are recruiting for Swedish speakers for numerous technical support positions for our client based just outside Dublin.

The Technical Support Analyst will respond to clients requiring queries and technical support. Contacts reach the analyst via telephone, ticket handling systems or e-mail.

All applicants should be willing to work variable shift patterns on request.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer/log/validate all contacts on the system.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly using the relevant tools.
  • Provide technical assistance based on instruction.
  • Deliver individual performance based on metrics and related targets.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt quickly in a fast paced business environment.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Written and oral fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role with ideally a technical background.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all groups.
  • Excellent record of providing a high level of customer service satisfaction.
