Job Description

Part Time Accounts/ Admin Assistant

3 month Contract

Tues & Weds 9am-5pm

Our clients are currently seeking a part time dynamic Accounts & Admin Assistant to join their expanding company in North County Wicklow.

Please note that this is a 3 month contract, starting in October.

Applicants must have the flexibility to work extra days if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Transaction processing and reconciliations – A/C Payable and A/C Receivable
  • Process supplier invoices and dealing with all queries which arise
  • Monitoring and resolution of customer queries
  • Preparation of month end reports for management
  • Processing of all bank transactions and weekly reconciliations
  • Processing of weekly payroll
  • Provide administrative support to all departments within the company
  • Act as PA to MD and all Directors when required.

Requirements:

  • An accounts related third level qualification is desired.
  • Knowledge of Sage or similar software a distinct advantage
  • General book keeping experience a distinct advantage
  • Invoice management experience required
  • Creditor and debtor management experience required
  • Knowledge of RCT and VAT required
  • Previous purchasing experience a distinct advantage.
  • Own transport essential as they are not serviced by any public transport links
