Part Time Accounts/ Admin Assistant
3 month Contract
Tues & Weds 9am-5pm
Our clients are currently seeking a part time dynamic Accounts & Admin Assistant to join their expanding company in North County Wicklow.
Please note that this is a 3 month contract, starting in October.
Applicants must have the flexibility to work extra days if required.
- Transaction processing and reconciliations – A/C Payable and A/C Receivable
- Process supplier invoices and dealing with all queries which arise
- Monitoring and resolution of customer queries
- Preparation of month end reports for management
- Processing of all bank transactions and weekly reconciliations
- Processing of weekly payroll
- Provide administrative support to all departments within the company
- Act as PA to MD and all Directors when required.
- An accounts related third level qualification is desired.
- Knowledge of Sage or similar software a distinct advantage
- General book keeping experience a distinct advantage
- Invoice management experience required
- Creditor and debtor management experience required
- Knowledge of RCT and VAT required
- Previous purchasing experience a distinct advantage.
- Own transport essential as they are not serviced by any public transport links
