Job Description

Our client based in North Wicklow is looking for a Customer Service Administrator

Responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining excellent relationships both internal andexternal
Ad hoc; dealing with requests and submitting reports 
Submission of quantitative reports periodically(weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Communicating with internal departments and branches on a daily basiswhen required 

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal 

Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work

Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

Ability to adapt to new hardware and systems

MS Excel knowledge highly desirable

Knowledge and/or experience in the motor/insurance industry a distinct advantage
