Job Description

Our client based in Sandyford is looking for a Customer Service Administrator 25k

Job Summary

To ensure that orders are placed in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure targets are achieved and margins are maintained. To deal with queries from newly signed and potential customers. To maintain and expand the current direct sales base.

Ensure that invoicing is correct

Expand the current customer base by actively pursuing new business for direct sales and issue quotations as necessary

Deal with customer queries

Maintain all files and ensure information is up to date

Deal with queries for new contractual business

Must have good organisational skills

Must keep accurate paperwork

Must be able to use Word and Excel and have good keyboardskills

Must be able to communicate well and work within a team structure .

Must be able to build good working relationships both within the department and with other departments

Must have the ability to build good relationships with our customer base ensuring that all communication is carried out in a controlled and effective way .
